To change or view your mail server settings follow the below instructions:
Office 2003
* Select tools from the menu and then E-mail Accounts
* Select View or change existing email accounts
* Select Change
* You should now see your basic settings including the outgoing mail server.
Office 2007
* Select tools from the menu and then E-mail Accounts
* Under the E-mail menu click your account and select change
* Here you will find your basic settings including the outgoing mail server
